Great service from Lee and the team in the Holborn shop. Thank you for helping me navigate through a plethora of potential amp and speaker combinations until I was satisfied..! Would recommend having a chat with the guys in the shop and a listen instead of buying anywhere online

Steve and the team here were very kind in demoing some speakers. I was given enough time to work through the music I listen to and enjoy. There was no hard sale approach. I didn't buy on this very occasion, but only because I'm in the middle of moving house and fell in love with a pair of speakers slightly above my intended budget, but once that's done I will certainly buying!

What you want from a shop like this is efficiency, subject knowledge and good service - I got all this and more.  Steve was not only generous with his time, but managed to turn a potentially stressful purchase into a smooth and pleasureable experience.  I highly recommend this shop.

My wife and I were acknowledged on retry but ignored thereafter. The branch local to me was so much more professional. Their loss!

I visited the Holborn store last weekend looking for solutions to improve my DAC and streaming system. The staff Stevyn was particularly friendly, helpful and informative while guiding me through the different options he explained as something I was looking into would be a downgrade from my current system and suggested four different solutions at different price ranges, clearly highlighting the benefits / downsides of each.  Thanks again for your politeness and support, I never felt pressured to make a purchase and was given plenty of time to think and decide. I will definitely come back for more.

After flying in from South America, I went straight to the store and was very pleased by the extremely-helpful staff and the selection of goodies.  I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable situation to try and select speakers.  The staff was laid-back, informative, and no pressure.  When and if I return to London, I will head to Sevenoaks Sound and Vision.

Dealt with this branch remotely during the covid lockdown. They were very helpful and knowledgeable indeed in describing the condition of some ex-demo speakers and kept me updated on the delivery. An excellent service during trying times for retail, ignore the negative reviews, this branch provides excellent service.

Andy and the team were very helpful in arranging demo sessions for me new hifi purchase. They let me come in several times to demo different speakers and amplifiers and were helpful and informative while also letting me have some time alone to listen. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for some new hifi gear.

Really don't understand the negative feedbacks here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Steve, the consultant I was talking to, was very knowledgeable, suggested multiple options regarding my relatively budget stereo system, sold nice cable with a good discount. He also offered to arrange a listening session in a convenient time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in Hi-Fi !
