I have used this branch of Currys for many years. There is a good mix of household electronics with a good range in price as well. The staff are in general knowledgeable and friendly, the only real compliant is that you can wait for sometime before you are served. There is only one expert per area and some areas are more popular than others. I have been happy with that items I have bought in the past.

Since it has merged with Carphone Warehouse this store seems to have improved, although staffing upstairs was rather scant. A fairly good range of white goods, but tech was a,bit disappointing.

I was hoping to purchase a new tablet computer, but only a few to choose from so I chose not to buy here.

The inside of the store was nice. The staff asked me if needed help with anything. Basically business as usual. The strange thing about my visit is that there is a toilet located at the left-hand side of the building which was not inside any store. So all the other stores in the row of stores used it. Hum?

Terrible serivce.  Things not in stock when the website says they are.  Staff more interested in chatting with each other and looking at their phones than they are in helping you.  Currys will sadly be gone in a few years if this continues.

I don’t come here any more never seem to have it in stock. Use the Tunbridge Wells one loads more displays and staff.
