The front office staff seems distracted probably they are overworked. The nice doctors do strive to be as quick as possible. Nice building. Closed from 1pm to 2pm.

A really wonderful practice. I am very fortunate to have two of the best partners looking after me. The nursing team are thoughtful, knowledgeable and considerate and never rush their consultations. Agreed that the reception team can be, on occasion, cold and dismissive. But I can't imagine it's easy being on the front-line of an over-stretched NHS service.

Nice doctors. Can get same day appointments most days if you call early.

Fantastic doctors, who are always helpful and go the extra mile. But the reception staff act like you're a petulant child for asking the simplest of questions. Just walk in, smile at the ladies (even if they grimace back) and go to see your great doctor.

The receptionists are rude, not warming at all and I quite frankly hate calling up to make appointments (which you can never get by the way)
