First time been here I personally didn't like it, not very welcoming, staff didn't really seem to be bothered, wasn't busy had no atmosphere. the food wasn't hot. this place is set in the dip of Seven Springs in Gloucester on the A436 you can get to Cirencester, Cheltenham, Oxford and other lovely places on this road, this place has a big garden and a play area for kids. I wouldn't use again but it's worth a try as opinions vary.
Very clean, generous portions and extremely friendly staff. Loved the gammon! Unbelievable prices Shame to see the wear and tear of the years, but glad they're still hanging on. Cant have been easy the past few years. Absolutely happy they're still here. Keep going, we will be back!
Visited on a quiet Thursday afternoon, the woman behind the bar was friendly welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed a well kept pint of Greenking IPA, unfortunately no food was available, but the menu looked appealing and good value.
Which source of the Thames is the real one...eh? Lots of claims. Important for the local tourist industry. The spring lies just off the roundabout, next to the hamburger stall.
Came here on the weekend. Very busy but the service was very good. The food was lovely and warm and that of very good portions and good value for money. The team are lovely and nothing seems to much trouble for them. Will definitely be back soon!
Place is tired and in need of a good redecoration and revamp. Friendly waiting staff. Bit of a cold atmosphere. Generous portions. Fair prices. Standard pub food really but wouldn't say anything special.
Welcoming and friendly staff. Seven Springs is part of The Hungry Horse chain so not much veg on the menu. Our 4 meals arrived together, were hot and tasty. Good value for money.
We didn't get to eat but what we saw was nice. Lovely clean place and welcoming esp to us bikers. Definitely be go back for a drink again if poss hopefully food
Lovely friendly staff good food inexpensive
Have been a couple of times and had good experiences until today. Ordered 2 roasts and a burger. Burger was okay at best, not good but okay. However when the roasts came out for the others I was with. The vegetables weren’t cooked and the chicken was slimy, tasted and smelt horrible. Had definitely been out for far too long! Staff were very uninterested and unhelpful without offering so much as a refund. Used to be a good place to eat but sadly will not be back. And would not recommend to anyone.
