At the end of last year, I sold my property in Buckinghamshire and used Setfords to facilitate the sale. Nisha Gill was my point of contact throughout the entire process, and what a process it was!

The sale was hit with multiple curve balls and discretion's from the buyers completely awful solicitors, and Nisha tackled them all efficiently and professionally. The painfully terrible service from the opposite side (they misplaced documentation that was sent to them 3 times, no one could get hold of them, they were reluctant to do things via email with my solicitor, they never answered their office phone, their responses to simple queries would often take a week, and their online reviews echoed all of this) made me realise how important it truly is to do your homework and to go with a solicitor you can rely on.

Nisha kept me informed throughout the entire process. She was always contactable, extremely approachable, and always ready to go the extra mile. Thank you Nisha!

Fantastic service from Sandra Dunn from start to finish she was efficient,  thorough,  personal and made the whole process easy to understand. I know Sandra through Networking and wouldn't use anyone else. I would recommend Sandra to anyone.

Excellent service from Sarah Wilkins.  She dealt with 3 conveyancing cases for us simultaneously, one of which was particularly trying - but she navigated the process with certainty and expertise - providing us with the right advice all along the way. Very trustworthy and straight-talking which made all the Legalese easier to understand.  We would definitely recommend.
