What a brilliant small business. From the outset, Claire and the team were clear that the prices they quote include so much more than just the boiler.  They also make sure the full system is going to function as efficiently as possible. So yes, it's expensive, but we will save money on bills too.  The team installing were equally great. Hannah had to sort out an additional board to strengthen our dodgy wall old house but was great at communicating the water was going to be turned off so we could make sure the kettle is full and use the bathroom!  We appreciate that the installation team turned up on time and got the job done. While it took slightly longer than anticipated, we weren't kept waiting and the reasons for the slightly longer job were clearly explained. Entirely to do with our house.  Not delighted that the old boiler didn't quite last long enough until we were able to fit a new kitchen, but delighted that the new one is quiet and working so quickly and we were not left without heating + hot water in the middle of winter.  Highly recommended ST plumbing and heating.

Excellent team of highly efficient, really lovely people, who fitted out new kit in my bathroom quickly and with a minimum of mess. I'm already planning to use ST Plumbing for my next project! Highly recommended!

Want a gas engineer who is punctual,polite and professional then you've found the perfect company.. Engineer serviced my boiler highlighting defects from a previous installer ,suggested solutions . If only I had used this company in the first place. Honest good service

I contacted ST Plumbing & Heating following a recommendation as I required a replacement boiler for my rental property.  From the outset the communications were clear and prompt, very open and honest.  A survey was completed and a detailed quote with a breakdown of items provided.  The quote was very reasonable and I proceeded with the work.  The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard.  My tenants reported that the attention to detail was excellent.  Communications and dealings have been very easy and professional throughout.  I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have found STPlumbing to be an excellent company, polite and friendly, very accommodating with information and service. The engineers are most respectful when working in your home. I have had work carried out several times by efficient and well organised engineers. I have recommended ST Plumbing to my family and friends.

I’ve used ST Plumbing a number of times now over the years, they’re very accommodating and make sure the job is done right. They always explain what they’re doing to fix the problem which gives you peace of mind. Can’t ask for more really! 100% recommend.

Have used this company now for several years.  Had my boiler installed by them then serviced each year at a reasonable cost. Recently had some tvrs changed. They are reliable . Now i have just changed my wireless thermastat.the regular engineer helped advise on what would suit me best. I have no hesitation in recommending this company..

Contacted after a gas leak and being left by a big gas company with a capped off fire after they eventually came out to check it. Very helpful got her in earlier due to a cancellation. Felt safe with this company after such a bad experience with a big gas company and paying for yearly service that could of been deadly. Changed to electric. Very reasonable and very helpful company. Delighted with work done and feel safe in my home again. Highly recommend this company.

We used this plumbing business for a few jobs that had built up over lockdown in December. Excellent customer service from the outset. Extremely pleased with the work carried out and we would highly recommend!
