I will most definitely hire this company for any plumbing needs I have. They were professional, efficient and thorough. Carlos and his brother Ruben are an example of hardworking honest tradesmen. I found them through Google Maps a couple years ago. My home's water heater started making some bubbly noises. I did a little internet info seeking and found it's best to get a plumbers consultation. Carlos stopped by, inspected and analyzed the cause and severity. He let me know the situation but also let me know I have some more time before it needs replacement. I thanked him, shook hands and that was it. Here we are two years later, one of my upstairs shower's faucet starts badly leaking. I tried removing the faucet assembly and the whole unit was calcified in a very tight space. I didn't want to damage the shower wall so I had to get a professional. The plumber I quickly think of is CR Plumbing. Carlos answers promptly and thankfully they were available the next day. Ruben the "R" in CR Plumbing came and immediately got to work. Superb work at an excellent price. I asked for a quote on changing my water heater and was surprised it was the same great amount from two years prior. They just left as I type this. The entire work took place in a few hours. The water heater is an excellent brand and is running like a charm. Fantastic service, excellent prices. These will be my go to guys from here on
Carlos is super friendly. Hard worker and wants to earn your business. He was busy the day I called, but was telling me of his times he's available. To me that's a business professional who knows how to work hard and earn my business. I love helping small businesses!!! If you're looking for a good, honest and efficient plumber Carlos is your man!!!
What a great company! It was the 4th of July and they were already working on another big job but still showed up earlier then expected. The job turned out not to be as simple as it appeared. My drain was giving him some trouble but he kept at it all while he was on the roof baking in the hot sun. He kept at it until it was clear. I feel like other big name companies would have charged WAY more then what they charged. He took pride in his job and I respect that. Super honest and a good person. I have already reffered them to other people. Very good prices, trust worthy, honest. I only used them once, but they made such a good impression on me that they are now the only plumbing company that I want to use.
We had an incident at our home that needed urgent attention and this was the only business that answered their phone right away and came to our home within minutes! The plumbers were very respectful of our home. Without prompting, they insisted on returning to their truck to get covers for their boots so as not to dirty the carpet. Truly appreciate that! Their work was well done and very neat. They gave my husband great advice and were on their way in no time. Will definitely call for their services if needed in the future.
