Absolutely loved my experience at Serendipity Brides! From the very start, Emily was incredibly helpful during our initial phone call, answering all my questions and showing genuine interest in my big day. She also sent me a look book so I could get a sense of the styles before my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was lucky enough to have Hannah as my stylist. Being the first bridal shop I visited, I was a bit apprehensive, but Hannah quickly put me at ease. She made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Nothing felt rushed, and we even had time to experiment with different accessories and hairstyles. I would 100% recommend Serendipity Brides to any bride-to-be. The team is fantastic, and they truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. Thank you for making my dress shopping experience unforgettable!
I couldn’t recommend Serendipity Brides enough. The shop is stunning with such a wide variety of dresses to choose from. I had been to 4 bridal shops prior to this appointment, none of which came close to my experience at Serendipity. The service that Jen provided was excellent, she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Jen done an amazing job at helping me find my dream dress!!
I always knew I wanted to get my wedding dress from Serendipity and so going there was always on the cards but nothing would prepare me for the experience that I was about to have! From the moment you book in for your appointment to the very end you are looked after with absolutely no pressure what so ever! Before even meeting the lovely ladies at serendipity I had a call to welcome me and learn a little more about me and my wedding, then I was sent an email with a look book to save my favorite dresses along with roughly how much they would be! I was so impressed by how gorgeous the bouquet was and the amount of options they had as well as all the beautiful accessories. I was looked after by Lynsey who I honestly couldn’t thank more for all the support and genuine care she expressed throughout both my appointments! Lynsey played a massive role in supporting me find my dress and really listed to all my wants and needs and made my dreams come true by finding me the most perfect dress I could have ever asked for! The best part was it was way under my budget and everything I could have dreamed of! Thank you to all the lovely ladies at serendipity brides and most of all thank you Lynsey! It was truly a dream come true!
Amazing experience at Serendipity First Class! Could not recommend them enough The staff are lovely and super helpful. Trudi was amazing and made the experience so very special for me, my Mum my sisters and my best friend The experience will live in our memories forever! The range of dresses and accessories is wonderful and would definitely recommend having your own private room which we did Nice to have a sofa for my girls and coffees, teas and Prosecco were most welcome. Lovely touch with a super goodie bag too!
I visited Serendipity and was looked after by Trudi who was so lovely and welcoming. I felt slightly anxious as I was turning up to try dresses on with my 5 month old baby, worrying about whether she will stay happy throughout my appointment but Trudi made me feel at ease and was really sweet with my daughter. I also had no idea really what sort of dress I was looking for, however after trying on 5/6 from my choosing Trudi quickly came up with dresses that perhaps I would never have picked and now I have found the perfect dress that I absolutely love and can’t wait to wear on the day! Serendipity’s shop is so beautiful and stylish which made the appointment a real treat and a fab girls day out. I had visited a couple of wedding dress shops prior to visiting Serendipity and none of them topped the experience I was given here! <3 It’s a MUST if you are looking for lots of variety and professionalism!
I visited Serendipity based on recommendation of my friend, and I can see why she recommended! From start to finish the experience was absolutely incredible. I had visited 2 am bridal shops previous and none of them come close to the service recieved at Serendipity. I had my first appointment with Lynsey, and she put me at ease straight away and made us all feel so comfortable. There was no pressure at all to order my dress - even though I did! I genuinely thought that the experience I had was just for the movies but it was my real life! I then had a re-try appointment with Victoria who was equally as lovely and amazing as Lynsey. They allowed us to bring my daughter and niece which was so special and such a magical memory for us. I love how amazing Victoria was with the girls, allowing them to try some veils on. I absolutely recommend this shop to any brides to be - you will not regret it! Thank you serendipity, I can’t wait to pick up the dress of my dreams x
Had the most amazing experience at Serendipity Brides! It was only the third bridal shop I had been to, there was so much selection to choose from and being able to pick 6 dresses before I attended made the process easier in terms of Jen knowing exactly what I did and didn’t want! A big thank you to Jen who did exactly that and worked her magic on what ideas I had in my head but also picked my wild card to try on and ended up being the one!! Xx
Today was my first time looking for My Wedding dress. When we arrived the ladies were very welcoming and the shop itself is beautiful. Hannah and Jen made us all feel so comfortable and talked me through the process of finding my perfect dress. They got me a variety of dresses to try on which were all stunning. Can't thank Hannah enough for the support she gave me, deciding between two dresses. I said Yes to the dress.
Today I went for my first bridal dress shop. I must admit I felt slightly nervous as I didn’t really know what I wanted or what i was looking for. Victoria made me feel so relaxed and re assured me along the way. She was so lovely, patient and helped me in more ways than one. The shop also has such a wonderful amount of choice here too. Serendipity Brides was my first choice of bridal shop to visit, and I ended up saying yes to the dress to the very first one i tried. Thank you so much Victoria xx
Serendipity’s ’Loved Bridal Outlet’ was the first ever wedding dress shop I went to, and where I ended up buying a dress that I absolutely fell in love with! I was looked after by Natalie, who was so lovely, welcoming and reassuring. Naturally I felt overwhelmed by choices and decisions, and she made the experience so pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable, and smooth. She really guided me and made me feel confident in my decision making throughout. I had heard that some other dress shops could be quite pushy, but Natalie couldn’t have been further from this! I would definitely recommend going to Serendipity, and if like me you also want a designer dress at a budget price, then Loved Bridal is the place to go. I got the most beautiful designer dress that was perfect for me, at half the price £1200 to £650!!. I also love the fact that you go into the outlet knowing the price points beforehand either £650 or £850, as this really helped me plan my budget. There was also such a great range of dresses in a massive range of sizes, which made it such a fun experience trying on different styles.
