The worst experience I've ever had at a hair dressers. The first time i went here its was ok, although i wanted the brown colour I had to contrast with the blonde highlights, it just looked blonde to me but overall it was a nice colour and the price was good. I had a fully qualified stylist each time. I went back weeks later to have my roots touched up but it went orange! They tried to put a toner on it to correct the problem and then a silver shampoo. I was there for hours and it still looked awfully, which they agreed. I had to come back the next day to correct it which could only be done by bleaching it, and another toner!. So eventually, I ended up with white roots and the rest blondish. Not what I wanted but better than orange.  I'd had enough by then and just wanted to leave and figured that they had at least tried to fix it. However I was totally disgusted when they tried to charge me for every toner used to correct THIER mistake. They argued the cost and dropped it slightly claiming they need to make at least something on it. So basically I paid More than originally agreed for hours of my time and a hair colour I didn't want. Needless to say I will not be going back. Would just like to point out that Tracey did my hair but the other staff seemed lovely and seemed to know what they were talking about.
