Harps beauty salon

I Love going to Harps Beauty Salon I like the staff there. they are all ways helpful to me and they do look after me too. I go there once a week sometimes more the once a week. I love it lots and lots xxxxxxxxxx

I have visited this salon quite afew times to get my hair coloured, the 1st time the hairdresser Amy did an amazing job on my hair, went from naturally black to beautiful blonde and brown highlights, she was really nice and friendly too, and I was gutted to hear that she had left when I went back to get my hair done. Harps did my hair the last time I went here, I had left getting my roots done for some months and she said she found it difficult to match the exact colours, even after two bleach jobs in the same sitting. She turned my hair ginger at the top and with the blonde highlights at the bottom! She cant be a trained hairdresser as she didnt seem to realize I had blonde highlights at the bottom and was trying to colour my roots one block colour. What an idiot! My hair was cut unevenly on one side too, to say I wasnt happy with the ginger is an understatement. She completely ruined my hair!. I really dont think she is even a trained hairdresser as she didnt have a clue, she totally messed my hair up and after visiting 3 different hair salons I was finally able to get rid of the ginger mess she had left me with. My new hairdresser couldnt believe the state she had left my hair in, avoid at all costs or you will regret it like I do! Im surprised this place is still going, nobody seems to be properly trained most the staff do not seem to speak English and even the one time I had my eyebrows threaded the woman messed it up.

My hair was cut & coloured wrong, my nails were still wet when she told me it's done. The sunbed burned my skin & the waxing & threading she didn't know how to do.

Not good service and too expensive . Will never use again they will rip you off
