Ordered a lightly battered large cod and it was by far the worst fish I've ever had. Not only was it not lightly battered, it was over cooked. When I finally cracked through the rock hard batter there was barely any fish left. When you pay £10.45 you'd expect it to be edible at the very least.nI won't make that mistake again.
Been coming here for a few years with the family.nFirstly we've always had great customer service and no issues.nWe've never had a bad meal here, and if you don't have enough chips you can ask for a free top up.nThere are portion sizes and deals to suit everyone, however as is with the industry prices have gone up.nOur last meal, the fish was buttery soft and battered perfect and so were the chips.nWe travel 45 to come here so it must be good!
I am wanting to know why Seniors Thornton show on their menu Holland’s puddings. When you order a Holland pudding a Greenhalgh one is served up. They are disgusting!nI buy real Hollands puddings & they are in a silver foil. Not gold like what you get from here. This has happened at least twice now when we have ordered takeaway. Please change your menu to show that you are NOT serving Holland puddings as what you are doing is false advertising. DO NOT ORDER PUDDINGS FROM HERE AS THEY ARE NOT HOLLANDS. !
I ordered haddock, chips and peas having been at Preston hospital visiting my husband. The food, as always, was hot and delicious. The mushy peas are the best I’ve had apart from my mums The website is very easy to use and delivery was only £1 and was fast and the driver was very pleasant. I will definitely order again as a little treat. Thank you
Delivery was spot on on time and the food is just amazing. Yummy, fresh and very good prices for it. Never had any problems as regular customer.
