DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NOT ACCEPTABLE during every stage!! Originally purchased white high gloss sideboard late Jan with an estimated 4 weeks delivery. After much chasing and excuses given by Mark (think he owns the company) it was finally delivered late March – so 8 weeks delivery - NOT ACCEPTABLE! On starting to unpack it was clear that the product was not fit for purpose with nearly every piece having excessive glue/over spray/imperfections on the white gloss finish. We phoned Mark and he advised that it would be collected for a full refund and would phone back in 2 days to confirm this, he never did - - NOT ACCEPTABLE! After much chasing, phone calls and emails threatening to contact the credit card company a collection driver was finally arranged and advised of a 24hr window to collect the item. Despite this the driver finally turned up at 10pm on a Friday evening, causing my wife much stress. That was 4 weeks after we received the faulty goods - - NOT ACCEPTABLE! Now 4 days and 2 working days since the item was collected and still radio silence from Mark. We have now again had to threaten to escalate the case with our credit card company and posting this review to try and trigger some response from Sena Furniture, which on review of the above you would think they would be keen to finally close down this matter! - NOT ACCEPTABLE!

High class product and service. I ordered a TV set and a sofa sometime ago after moving to my new flat with my girlfriend. Artur and Sebastian managed to get the products delivered to my house 3 days earlier than initially told. This has exceeded my expectations, the gentlemen were extremely helpful. I would recommend Sena Furniture if you require high quality products with an excellent service. I am looking forward to use this company in the future. Well deserved 5 star!

Last month I’ve ordered a dining table from Sena. The quality of the featured products was impressive, the customer service was great and I’ve had high expectations on the arrival of the product. Unfortunately, the dining table arrived with two missing parts. I was extremely disappointed and requested the delivery of the missing parts. To my surprise one of the guys from Sena arrived the day after and everything got sorted with no major complications.

Ordered Sena as we had bought a TV stand a couple of years back. Excellent build quality and looks very modern. The instructions are very good too, easy to follow and step by step. I opted for self assembly and as they're complicated builds it does take time. However the results are stunning! Customer Service was 10/10 with regular updates on the order via text, email and calls plus sending me a couple of spare screws! One minor gripe, the hinges used on the units are a pain in the **** to mount but can be done with two people!

Very pleased with the tv unit. The guys even delivered at 10.00pm in the evening. Could do with letting the customer know when the item will be delivered though - I had to email and ring up to find out. Also moulded plugs will not fit through the holes at the back of the unit.
