Good service from the staff, but when bed was delivered it was incomplete and customer service response was very poor.  Now having to wait a further 4 weeks for the missing part to be made.

Do not buy from this company.. 
 Ordered a bed and mattress and was told it would be 48 hour delivery.?  It was.. for the mattress and the bed arrived 120 hours later and had to assemble it myself,  well I could have done if I have 5 hands. Rang the helpline at 17.05 automated message,  lines are open to 20.00 then get message saying lines closed.. 

.Unbelievable......

Divan base failed in the first week when in turning the mattress as instructed my hand went right throuh the card top of the base. Bensons are refusing any recompense despite my having paid £630 in full before delivery. I have offered to pay extra for a better quality divan base but this was refused as being against company policy. I am convinced that the base is not suitable quality but Bensons maintain it has been customer misuse. As an eighty year old I have had quite a few beds in my life but never a divan base of this poor quality. Check before you buy.

Only one member of staff on duty. Over 2 weeks for a delivery?! When a local store can deliver within 5 days and sometimes sooner!! 
£45 delivery charge with no take old one taken away service. A local store charges £10 to deliver and takes the old one away FREE!

god awful, came broken with scratches all over the wood, from the two men who delivered it.
