Called and spoke to Jack after bursting two of my tyres. He was reassuring, said if I could get the car to them they would do what they could to help. Luckily the tyres I needed were in-stock and they were replaced and I was on my way in minutes. Everyone there was so friendly and professional. Honestly the nicest garage staff I've ever encountered and a great price too. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to them and recommend to others.
Excellent service provided. Bought this car a month ago and somehow the tyre pressure was coming down every week, thought of replacing all 4 tyres. On the way to office found this shop and popped in just to see if they have the tyres I wanted replacing. The staff seems very professional and knowledgeable, after a few checks was told that tyres were okay, the issue were valves got them replaced, no rip off, honest customer service.
Needed a valve replacement - efficient and cheap service, had to wait a little while but one of the only places open on Sunday, so wasn’t bad at all. Done in 60 seconds - 10/10.
They really take care of you here. Service like this died years ago. My car was weeks old before someone stuck a screw in my tyre & phone advice aswell as service in person was top notch. I have a new car with unusual tyres and even Kwik Fit were lousy suppliers. I booked online simple for hassle freeness & just turned up. No queue, immediately seen and turned done in 20 min while I wondered around in the hot days sun although seating in reception was offered. Recently changed owners in last year but new cash injection to business has offered fantastic new features to business such as new mot section & outside canopy as well other coming soon stuff. Well uniformed and clean staff and workshop; good tools and no clutter. I came from 5ways & well worth it. Highly recommend. They even advise you ring in before your slot to let them know you’re coming so you can defo not wait and when I did, they courteously checked my tyre had even arrived in their daily delivery. They didn’t need to but did. Excellent. They washed my rim and tyre after finishing and I went to pay in their two different entrance reception hut for covid safety and after friendly enjoyable banter, he checked my tyre pressure matched the others, matched the car’s recommendation and I left happy. Defo go here! I’ll be back if any issues in future.
Really great service, easy to book in through the website & quick! I got a flat tyre at the weekend but managed to book on the website for an appointment on Monday between 12pm - 6pm. I dropped it off at 12pm and it was done in less than an hour. Of course this does depend on how busy they are but worked out well for me on this particular day. They were really friendly. It was also cheaper than some of the other local tyre places.
A poor experience with people and service. Had to go back few times for the getting headlights swapped back and things promised earlier as they were too busy.. It was promised to be done as they already charged me a lot more than agreed previously. I went few times for it and they told to come again and now they said it would need more money as the person isn't working there anymore. However, now they demand more money. Previous staff sounded more helpful. However, not anymore. Thank you !
Proper customer service and prices to match. I’ve been using Selly Oak Tyres for a few years and I’ll always use them. Reasonable prices, great service and tyre selection, and the new website makes the ordering process really easy. Plus the guys there are really friendly and helpful.Have recommended them to friends and family.
Good place. Lads know what they are talking about and won't rip you off. Took the car after I got a puncture. Sorted it then and there no issues. Great service.
Top service always guranuteed from these fellas ,i wouldn't go anywhere else for my tyres. A big up to Trigger for getting my old car MOT'd at a moment's notice, the man is a God send, thanks so much cheers Rob
They are top guys. I have got tyres changed a number of times with them before Covid. But this time around I went there because I was not able to open the metal tyre valves which turned stubborn in cold weather. These guys were so polite, jovial and helpful. Not only did they remove the metal caps for me, but also cleaned the deposits with soap and put new plastics caps on. Well, all these would sound just fair if they charge for this service. But nope, but just a smile and asked me to take it easy.
