lock came out quick enough however once i realised they were just going to send me any old lock not the one i ordered i cancelled the order. However i still received the cancelled lock to which i`m still awaiting refund and confirmation of collection. Graham i was still talking to you when you cut me off just now so brush up on your customer service skills as for this you just earned your employer a 1* i would not recommend this company at all, rude staff and incompetent. No apologies from you but have a merry Christmas anyway !
Brilliant company to deal with, I needed some new window hinges and was able to source the very same make and model at a very reasonable price. I couldn't believe that they were at my door in less than 24hrs from ordering, I am 280 plus miles from Falkirk.
i'm in Birkenhead i ordered a pair of window hinges on the 1st of March got them 3rd of March great service i thought they sent me 2 of the same hand got on phone right away they were willing to send me another one no ifs or buts but it was my fault not checking properly so rang back and told them they were very understanding and we had a little laugh at my expense lol thanks guys great service polite will have no qualms about using you again in the future highly recommended .

We had several issues with doors and windows in a new house. After one call to Sealco to ask for help the team visited very quickly, were very professional and nothing was a bother for them. What a helpful team and brilliant service. We will recommend them to anyone else in the future - just give them a call and I'm sure they will help.

Needed to source Scandinavian window locking mechanisms and vent covers for my 24 windows - a task I was unable to do myself despite being internet-savvy and keen DIY-er. Sealco crew in Falkirk were incredibly helpful and located the unusual mechanism in Denmark for my >30-year-old units... and got them to me in a couple of weeks. As for the external vent covers, they turned out to be far better than the original ones in appearance and quality. To say that I'm delighted with this company is an understatement: their expertise and interaction with customers not just myself is evident, as is their enthusiasm in the many products they sell - and quite a variety/range that is! Very highly recommended.
