Poor service from this store. I advise never have a parcel sent To this store.... Been to pick a parcel up and got told cannot have it as someone else have the app on his phone come back tomorrow. .. so. Go back day after today to be told cannot have it agine. Then when questioned them. All i get is. Its not my fault from the people serving come back tmorrow. Poor poor service from this store and wont be useing agine i advise other people not to ither 1star and thats 2 much
Went to collect a parcel, during their advertised opening hours, to be told the manager had taken the scanner home so couldn't collect it. Went back the next day to collect it, was told by a member of staff there's only 2 members of staff with the scanner app, and, I was lucky to catch her as she was about to finish her shift...at 11am! A very Inconvenient convenience store

Brilliant shop, brilliant staff, but no valid phone number for help, it's a long way to travel to be to be told you will have to come back another day.
Poor unhelpful customer service , staff ot trained to deal with cash withdrawal. Rather pay at cash point to withdraw mobey from now on
