I Met with the licensing Officer Lauren she was incredibly a genuine lady who helped from all process and would wish her best in every good aspect of life
Worst council do ever do taxi license with been over a year and a half first they gave me a license with out even doing test so it recked my application they say a month waiting for a test I was wait 2 months plus for a test and they now say dbs had ran out why sit someone for a test if they know dbs had ran out absolute joke start to finish having days off work to come in this council for them to say my paper work isnt enough I have showed proof address passport and driving license just want more and more biggest waste of money this council i would not recommend one bit absolutely joke
