I went in there today,the lady on reception was lovely Lyn, she was very helpful and give me advice on the best time to attend.nIgnore the negative comments.

I Met with the licensing Officer    Lauren      she was incredibly a genuine lady who helped from all process and would wish her best in every good aspect of life
