They have no customer support that lets you talk with a representative AT ALL. Entirely done through absolutely useless automated systems that do not work, with absolutely no way to get through to someone at any point. I've essentially lost a £110 ticket due to ordering it when they still allowed Facebook account linking, but it has not pulled across to my account and the reference number is apparently not associated to my e-mail address, which is just false. Avoid this company as often as you can.
See Tickets refused to provide a reschedule or exchange for a recent event booked through them, despite one our guests being unable to attend due to a seizure resulting in whole day hospitalisation. We did not request even a refund, simply to reschedule. They were incredibly difficult to contact, with no phone number or email available. Once we finally were able to reach customer service, we were given an unacceptable response copied & pasted from their exchange policy. When I added a review regarding this on Trustpilot See Tickets tried to have the review removed and have still not been in contact with any satisfactory explanation. Incredibly poor service and conflict resolution handling. We are now £200 out of pocket + £300 for the travel to the event that we were unable to attend. Cheers See Tickets.
Bought a ticket a fan was re-selling. When I went to the event and they scanned my ticket, it flagged up as already used!!!!!!! They facilitated the sale of a fraudulent ticket! Don't buy from them. I can't even get ahold of anyone at this scam company to help me. AVOID SCAMMERS!!!!
Paid extra for refund protection, only let's you use it if you fall under certain exceptions ie death in the family to which they require a death certificate , absolutely shocking
Have urgent request regarding a refund for selling tickets that are not what I paid for. Have tried to email customer service team several times and each time the email is returned stating 'inbox not monitored' They do not have a contact telephone number so how do we reach them? Any reputable company would be happy to deal with its fee paying clients. This says a great deal about SeeTickets.
Bought tickets to see DJ Marky, he pulled out, not too bothered by support acts so wanted a refund. Many emails later and their support team plays dumb, sends generic responses and won't offer a refund.
Both my daughter and I booked tickets for Sam Fender at Leeds Arena, which had been rescheduled due to Covid. I had booked seats, my daughter standing tickets. The Friday before the concert which was the following Wednesday, we both received confirmation that our tickets had been dispatched. Two days before the concert, neither of us had received our tickets. After two attempts sending messages via their customer services email facility, I finally got emailed some print at home tickets. I advised my daughter to do the same. She was emailed and informed that her tickets were signed for and couldn't be replaced by See Tickets, who implied that she had lost them and needed to find them, despite the fact that she had never received them. I advised her to email the CEO of See Tickets and copy in the head of ticket sales at Leeds first direct Arena. Thanks to the arena she was able to pick up her tickets from the box office, although only had confirmation a couple of hours before the concert. The day AFTER the concert, both my and my daughter's tickets arrived in the post. Had we not chased up, we would have missed the concert. Normally See Tickets are my go to ticket vendor and have been excellent at getting tickets on time. This is the second time I've had to chase rescheduled shows in the last month, so I may buy future tickets elsewhere.
What a shame. I bought tickets for the DIVERSITY FESTIVAL and they REFUSE TO REIMBURSE the amounts payed, even though they do have insurance. They do not provide contacting information and basically making a claim against them is impossible because I live in Spain and my claim cannot be done through the ordinary process. YOU ARE THIEVES, shame on you, keeping the people’s money!! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM, they’re a fraud
I bought ticjets for a festival in 2021, it was cancelled due to covid. I paid extra for 'refund cover', but still now, nearly 1 year later, I am trying to get my refund of nearly 400 GBP. Their 'customer service' system is horrific. You can not speak to a human and you're in a constant circle of sending messages via their website and getting responses that do not give a clear or relevant answer.
Seems to be a common problem looking at feedback. Problem being the Administration at SEE tickets. We too have been a victim of this poor service of receiving paid for tickets. Pre Covid Nocturne event management/promoter organise summer concerts at Bleinham Palace. Normally 4 nights of well known A listed artists. Nocturne use SEE tickets to sell tickets for concert & parking. Concerts were delayed from 2020 & someone closely held alot of money from loyal guests who were willing to wait. 2 years pass, new concert dates June 22 what do SEE tickets want to do?? Make all disabled guests who paid 2 years ago prove their eligibility to ticket again. Thing is they failed to contact guests leaving 100s wondering where their tickets were. So many, like us , were receiving messages say tickets are on their way......NOT TRUE! Trying to contact SEE tickets by phone impossible. As many have stated in their feedback e mails were answered by automatic messages. This can you believe is on actual day of concert. When SEE tickets representative eventually answers concerns we are told we have to provide evidence again eventhough they have taken our money 2 years ago and we have on record seat numbers and car pass. Staff appear to be either " can not be bothered to read e mails correctly" or "make the paying customer do the work for them". Having to take photographs of evidence, provide booking references again. This request was repeated again and again. What information do you store on your computers database? Ridiculous behaviour which as you can imagine causes stress and is already spoiling your visit of long awaited evening of entertainment. After providing all requests starting at 7am on concert day we are then told our tickets for that evening concert are to be collected from box office this e mail arrived gone 5pm. This was after 2 hours plus of repeated e mails . Normally we would be at venue at that time enjoying a pre show picnic and venue. SEE tickets management sort yourself out . Do you understand what Equality Act is? You discriminated all people who needed assistant tickets and accessible car parking. You failed to provide a service when you already had confirmed tickets in 2020 and had taken £1000s off guests. What finally pushed the explode button was fact that once Fridays tickets were confirmed after gates opened your staff then requestd evidence again for Saturdays concert!! We missed Fridays concert thanks to your inadequate service and unacceptable requests at such short notice. Staff happily stating that there was limited Assistant Tickets for Disabled guests but you already had banked our money in 2020 and confirmed our seats in accessible block. Your ticket collection staff located near check point were aware of problem you created as they were having to listen to complaints. Luckily Laura was empathetic and whether true or not had feedback problem to higher management. Its unacceptable service, behaviour when you had 2 years to check tickets. Instead you choose concert day , spoiling guests experience or no experience for many who finally got confirmation after event started who could then not travel. Disabled or not we can not time travel to the venue once you get your act together. Your already making money from the Admin Fee you charge. Please don't use Covid as a staffing excuse either.
