Skip left outside the wrong house and 1 foot from the kerb
The service I received from Saslers Waste from Start to finish. I was in need of a last minute Skip. Agreed delivery arrangements as I didn't live in the area. The deliver drive was Polite and funny and calling them back to arrange pickup was easy. Thanks for a great service.
Well, a skip is a skip I guess so product wise maybe not a lot between the companies but someone suggested Sadlers Waste to me and I wasn't dissapointed. I found the service to be very friendly and helpful and would happily recommend them to others too.
I told them I was out of town working on a friends house for a few weeks. I wasn't told of there being a time limit on the skip hire and had it removed without a phone call when it was still virtually empty. The skip was £70 more expensive than I usually pay and told them this so some common curtesy could have been used
Terrible service. Was given a 7.30 -12.30 A.M delivery slot so paid a friend to take time off work for the morning as i wouldn't be back till the afternoon. Rang them at 12.30 to be told delivery between 1 and 2. Rang again at 2 to be told it would be here before 6pm !!!! It's 4.50 now and still not here. Will not use this company again.
