Placed order on 27 August No order update for nearly 10 days. Rang them only to hear order has been cancelled because there is no stock. Website still showing stock. No resolution over phone wasted 2 weeks without proper locks for client. Not happy at all and good bye to this company. Never order again i dont know where they got good reviews from as i would rate them below Zero if i can. Refunded money but after wasting 2 weeks. Ordered through different company  better quality kite mark locks with almost £20 cheaper for pair. Delivered next day. Update your stock management system and customer service to be able to please customer otherwise out of business soon. Good luck. And Good bye.

I can't recommend these enough. The two ladies on the trade counter really know their stuff. Walked in with a upvc door locking unit and one lady recognised it and had got a replacement by the time I walked to the counter. The other lady then advised us to change the front plate instead of cutting the new one down. Honestly we've saved £££ and time from not calling out a locksmith. Very, very happy customers

UPDATE - The morning after posting this review i received a very brief email notifying me a refund would be processed which i replied to, thanking them… No refund received and 3 emails requesting updates ignored. I have no idea why a company feels it can act this way. Im at my wits end with it.  Do Not Use This Company! Placed order 01/11 for 2 security keys and associated postage for delivery within 3-5 days. So far so normal… Keys arrived but did not work with significant differences between original key and duplicates. Correct code was sent. Emails then ignored for over a week when i was then told 2 new keys would be sent. This was 2 weeks ago. Since then keys have not turned up and All emails have been ignored. Member of staff answered the phone when i called last wednesday and could not get off the phone quick enough.  No keys, no refund, no communication. Absolutely awful.

Ordered some parts 11 days ago. Website claims delivery in 3 days. So far nothing has arrived. Emailed the company but got no reply. Will be reporting to trading standards. AVOID.

Originally ordered a lock on the saturday before the 2 day heatwave as patio doors fail to lock.  No news at all about my order for nearly 2 weeks but later found out from their sister company of issues with systems for 10 days which i can understand.  This meant the phone number just failed to connect and emails went unanswered. Claimed to have sent me my order but it was damaged and returned by courier advising a replacement sent out, only for me to be automatically refunded with no explanation a week later on the Friday.  On the monday i was advised of no stock despite the site showing stock but only in response to my query on why i was refunded. In short 3 weeks without a door that could lock. Went elsewhere and paide a little more with free next day delivery. Really disappointed with overall service.

Rang in to inquire. When I said the part number the lady said that's not our part number. So I asked if they make up there own part numbers the lady said yes they do. Must be hard to find anything that way.... This company been recommended by the supply company. Wrong move hopefully they don't do it in the future.

Tried Toolstation, Screwfix and a window manufacturing company, either no stock or sizes differed. Someone at Screwfix had the same issue with a UPVC door gearbox, where the moving mechanism inside had broke and recommended this place. I turned up at 07.30, walk in said morning show the gearbox mechanism and straight away was given a replacement. Great, no faffing or try this it may work and a lot cheaper than anywhere else I googled. Many thanks to all door now securing the home.

I've spent a fair amount of money with this company. My original review from 3 years ago was 5 stars but now I'm not so impressed. The last order I made was over £200 for Upvc handles. Most of the white  handles arrived scuffed and chipped. I emailed them about this on 2 occasions and never got a reply.

Great company had what I needed to replace my broken door handle, like for like..

CHECK YOUR INVOICE!!!! will never use again changed me for extra things I never received. I don't know if it's one of the sales team did it or its just there standard practice to over charge people but I would double check all your invoices as I've been scammed by them
