Kids loved it! Food was nice. Coffee was OK. The price of the cold drinks are obviously a little bit expensive but kids had such a great time. We had a full 2 hours of them running around having a great time together.
Had my daughter's party there the facilities are great and the staff were friend but sadly they were majorly under staffed. Chips came out 10 minutes after pizza and then ice cream arrived 15 minutes after finish of party when half of the children had been collect already. It's a shame because with more staff it could have been so much different.
I was there to pick up my granddaughter and her grandma, got inside and found it to be a bit dark, could do with the lights brought up to be a bit brighter, my it's because of the colours they have in there BLACK/ GREEN but saying that it's a great size, the lay out down stairs is great to with a smaller area for the younger ones I think there's also plenty of areas to chill and get something to eat, then there's upstairs where there's plenty of room to sit and have your dinner with a good verity, plus upstairs there is a good size 5 a side pitch which is handy for the kids to go and play football while the adults can eat and have sometime to chat, so ya it's just the lighting for me, if they can make it a bit brighter then what a great place to take the kids and yes it's on the door step in NORRIS GREEN and for the price it cost £8 for the both of them so take the kids when ever you can it will be great over the holidays, so enjoy
Really good for the kids, very under staffed!! Girls look really rushed off their feet! Jodie the manager is very helpful but is limited to what she can help with due to the lack of staff!! Very good overall but would be a massive difference with a bit more staff!
Nearly £25 for 1 adult and 1 toddler to supervise them due to having additional needs, save your money and go somewhere more understanding of SEN children.
