We had a perfect experience at Seaview. Brendan and Martina are wonderful hosts. The accommodation was second to none, the breakfast was exactly as ordered and delicious. The cleanliness and comfort of Seaview is an experience not to be missed. The scenery is amazing, looking over Carlingford Lough and the Cooley Mountains and all around the Mournes. We will return!!! Great welcome with Martina and, Brendan , couldn't do enough for us. They really made our break extra special. Accommodation and breakfast was generous, we were made to feel at home. The lift and, wheelchair access made life so much easier for our mother, and the location is absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely be back Rooms: 5/5

Had a 2 night stay at Seaview Guest House. Lovely B&B overlooking Carlingford Lough. Spacious room and very clean. Brendan and Martina were exceptional hosts, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this B&B.
Martina and Brendan are the most warm and welcoming people you will ever meet. I stayed here for three nights with a friend and there were always fresh towels everyday and a hot and delicious breakfast in the morning. They were able to tell me and my friend great places to eat and explore in the area. The house and room was extremely comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back!
Can not recommend this place highly enough. Martina and Brendan are such great hosts who go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and then some. The views are just stunning and there is a lovely patio to sit out and enjoy the view with a few drinks. Also the breakfast is just incredible. We will defo be back to stay here again.
The Seaview Guesthouse offers a wonderful experience for guests. We were a group of 5 gentlemen, each riding motorcycles, touring Ireland and arrived in the early evening tired and weary after a 250 mile journey. The genuine warmth of welcome from Martina and Brendan was superb and they go above and beyond what you would normally expect. This isn't just ticking boxes on a customer service checklist, they really care about you as a guest. The rooms are spotless and well furnished and the beds are so comfortable. My en suite bathroom was large with a spacious shower and was light and airy. The bedroom was located at the rear of the property and had a stunning view over Carlingford Lough and the mountains beyond. Martina offered advice on where to eat and drink, offering great choices in Rostrevor or Warrenpoint. The breakfast choice is out of this world and you can choose from something light or go for the full nine yard Irish breakfast! Martina and Brendan wont let you go hungry try the porridge, its delicious We are now planning our next trip and the Seaview is that good that it will be our preferred accommodation for our first night and our last night in Ireland before heading for the ferry back to the UK. Thank you both so much for a memorable and pleasant stay.
A home from home, we were made feel very welcome. The rooms were excellent and a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend. I have been to some 5* hotels that wasn't as good as here.Rooms: 5/5
The Seaview Guesthouse is a 5 star place to stay. You couldn't find a more scenic view of the beautiful Irish Sea or the Mourne Mountains. The rooms were spotless and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Martina and Brendan were most excellent hosts! They are very hospitable, making for a most relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection each morning, very accommodating to your eating preferences or special diets I.e. Vegetarian. They also are very knowledgeable about various parts of Ireland and had great suggestions as to where to go to learn more about history and see important historical sites. If interested in exploring, don't be afraid to ask them as some of their suggestions were not found in the travel books we brought with us. At check in we were very welcomed and by the time we were ready to check out, we wished we could have stayed longer! If you're looking for the friendliness couple in Ireland who make you feel you're at home, while having the most beautiful scenic view surrounding you, look no further than the Seaview Guesthouse!
We were mountain biking locally in Rostrevor and picked this BnB as it was 15mins cycle, 5mins in car from Kilbroney Forest. Really close and handy. It's on the side of the mountain. What a lovely spot. Beautiful, well decorated, very clean. Amazing breakfast too. Can't recommend enough. Brendan and Martina are just lovely. Highly recommended. Will be back.
