Lovely weeks holiday with our young grandsons. Caravan was a bit tired but spotlessly clean. Beautiful sea view and amazing location…. Just 100 metres to the beach. Lovely fish & chips shop , restaurant , pub and shop - all 5 min walking distance from the caravan. With temperatures in the 20’s - can’t beat it for a break!!

Worse beds I've ever slept in, well they aren't beds they are camp beds! Wire beds!!! They bruised my back it was a terrible experience!!! Floor was dirty and the bathroom stunk of urine!! Stayed here several years ago but now it's gone totally down hill
Fantastic site. Greeted by such a lovely man on arrival, directing us. Saw him the following day, again so helpful. Absolutely loved it. Excellent restaurant on site with nice polite staff. Beautiful views. Lovely location 5 minutes from beach. Cromer lovely quaint town.
Lovely site overlooking beach. Caravan site really great. First van was new and very clean with lovely sheltered sitting out area. Peaceful. Second van was older but bright and spacious. Both very well equipped. Not far to walk into Cromer. East Runton itself doesn't have much to offer. Village shop sells everything you'd need. Hope to come back.
Caravan a bit tired but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. Positioned on cliff with limited seaview but incredibly easy access to the most stunning beach. Walking distance to Cromer. Dog and owners loved it! Would definitely return.
Really enjoyed our stay at the Seaview caravan site. It’s small, it’s quiet well in November anyway. We wanted a seaview and that’s what we got. We had a new caravan with fabulous views. The team who I spoke with via email in the main, have been really good. Very helpful. Thank you Olwyn! If you want a really quiet winter break, get a nice newer caravan and enjoy the peace and views. We will be back some time in the future, it was a great bolt hole and in a lovely park of the UK.

We had a lovely holiday here in east runton. Little disappointed that our caravan when we arrived was filthy and covered in dog hair and the shower was full of hair and scum. Cupboards were dirty with left over food and the carpet was very dirty. We understand it was a dog friendly caravan but it should of been cleaned properly before arrival. We had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean it properly before unpacking. We told the warden and he was very apologetic and said he would come in and deep clean the caravan when we went out. He just put the hoover round with the bag that was full. We were very disappointed by this. It did not dampen our holiday though and we did have a lovely time. Upon departure we told the reception lady and she had no idea about what had happened. Lovely Seaview with great views and lovely beach. We won’t be staying at this site again but we thank you for a lovely holiday.
Hired 2 caravans and the bungalow for a family get together and was extremely happy with the condition/Size and Amenities of the caravans. Check in was quick and easy and the beach access was a short walk down a slope from just outside the site. The site was surprisingly super quiet with very little noise from other site users and would highly recommend this caravan site for a weeks getaway.will definitely be back.
