Hi We just stayed on the Gap this Easter had nice stay on the park although I was disappointed - we took our dog, she was on the grass and a lady decided to tell me - 'The dog best not wee on my lawn although the dog was on caravan park grass!' when I said she's not even had a wee' she said 'well the trimmings on my caravan!' I said 'she's not even done anything' and the dog was not even near her patio or caravan and hadn't even done a wee, found it a bit ridiculous in honesty. It was up top left of the park near where we stayed, apart from that we had nice stay - recommended that the site have a word with some of the caravan owners about the way they approach people on vacation,as it was uncalled for since its supposed to be dog friendly, but the park is nice most people friendly and the location is quite good, We had a nice stay overall but the above can be off putting for tourists, also a man down at the beach was rude to my husband for no reason at all who was working on one of the rides. I think the place is lovely but some of the people seemed unimpressed visitors were there over easter which is every seaside resort busiest time. probably would not go again but its worth a visit as the beach is lovely The caravan owner we hired from seemed lovely and very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed Regards Kate Noteworthy details: Nice beach
So close to the sea! Our caravan was quite old, but as expected. The site was well kept. Everyone very friendly. The bonus was a 2 minute walk straight into the ocean. Sea views. Shops, restaurants and bars nearby! Will be going back.
We visited in late September, the site is well kept, clean and tidy. It's relatively quite with little to no road noise. The beach is easily accessible albeit a steep entry and egress so be careful. Good local amenities in a local corner shop, pub and obligatory fish and chip shop within a short walk. You can take a easy 30 minute walk along the beach to Cromer to the east and equally the same time to West Runton
Nice clean caravan park, no facilities of any kind on site that i was aware of, great location close to beach, peaceful and relaxing site. Top tip: try the beer in the Fishing Boat pub out on the high street
Fantastic position just minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach. All caravans are privately owned so mix of holiday makers and owners. The site is well maintained with a friendly and safe atmosphere. Minutes walk to fish and chip shop, pubs and local shops. 15 -20 minute walk to Cromer along the beach or road.
Lovely little caravan sea view from outside on the steps. The free fish and chips were really tasty. Bed was really uncomfortable but that may have just been me, also rather small used to a superking and this was a small double so a bit snuggly! But a lovely time was had by all!
Absolutely great caravan park 5 minutes from the beach,5 minutes to the shop, chippy and a choice of 3 pubs. We've stayed In 184 for week early in the year,and another 2 weeks this August. Absolutely great, booked again for 2 weeks in August next year,and going to book a week earlier on in the year.
Very nice site in a beautifull part of Norfolk ,close to beach .However WiFi is not free and quite expensive which is a shame .
Had a lovely time so close to the beach, shops, pub and chippy. Nice and clean and going back later in the year.
We have been coming here for 5 years and we love it. We are lucky to use my aunties Caravan so a great holiday for us and now have children it’s excellent for them. The beach is so close just 2 hills to climb on the way back,so looked after. Lovely people around. Good fish but can’t say the same for the chips had better love the walk into Cromer and my daughter is mad about the 2p machine and the Ice Cream from the Windows ice creams. They are amazing... Brilliant little village and we are looking at caravans to start our little adventure here in Cromer.
