Incredible fish and chips, generous portions and the fish was sweet to taste and the batter not thick...which was great, just a little greasy.nThe chips were crispy and the centres were soft,nThe dog loved the Saveloy.nGreat value for money too.nNo cue this time but that was the day of the week as it was a Thursday., early season as well.nThe locals have a great tasty F&C with also a great menu covering all tastes and needs.
Absolutely wonderful fish and chips. You can tell the oil they use is fresh and the large cod was huge. We had ours on the beach for supper.
We had the Cod and Plaice and Chips. Well cooked and Delicious. Not badly priced. Fresh Fish and Chips at the seaside, has to be done on holiday.
Old school chippy where the decor and recipe hasn't changed since the 80s. And that's no bad thing. You know you're in a good chippy when there's a queue of older folk waiting for their orders before you. Best fish and chips I've had in years.
The food was brilliant, couldn't fault it at all. The service not so good, there was clearly an atmosphere when we walked in, staff was arguing, and when I asked for a bag it was chucked on the counter and was told to bag it myself. Good job the food was nice.
