We really enjoyed our visit to frydays. We ate in. The chips were gorgeous as was the batter on the fish. The portions are a little on the small side for the price. A pickled onion is one English pound!!! You get tomato sauce free, but if you want Heinz then that's another 35p for a little packet. We asked for bread and butter and got a roll, with butter. It's these little things that annoy. You can eat in at the other chip shop in the town and it's cheaper, but quality is more variable. I'd go again, I might snuggle my own pickled onions in though :-)

Lovely little fish and chip shop. Fish was well done and tastes great. Kids loved it. When you come from Bournemouth and have some great fish and chip shops it's hard to equal or top so this is a must for the fish. Staff were attentive and quick service even when full. Runs like a well oiled machine. Lovely atmosphere and people. Thanks for a great fish and chips.

My family and I have enjoyed the food and service here on numerous occasions across the years that we have lived in Chard. We will sometimes drive to Seaton just to go to Frydays, even for Sunday lunch. My wife, two teenagers and I can highly recommend Frydays to you. 😊

We go here as a family once a month. The service is great and the food is lovely. All in all, a great chippee
