Extremely rude staff, was told when I asked for a receipt for my purchase that I couldn't have one and that it was too late. (even though only 30 seconds had elapsed) Being a business owner it's important that I keep all my cash receipts so I refused to leave the shop until I had one, after a couple of minutes of to and fro(ing) I was told I could have one if I asked nicely. (which I already had) Ultimately after arguing for several minutes I was given a receipt, to this day I am still speechless at the way I was spoken to. This was the most pointless display of power I have ever witnessed. I will not be using this Post Office again and would encourage others to take the short trip to St Anthonys Post Office.

Best Post Office in Eastbourne, really lovely family who run it, and you often get to see Jimmy the gorgeous dog who never ceases to make you smile! Customer service at it's very best!

Great little family run post office. All extremely helpful.. and not forgetting "Little Jimmy " 🐕star of the show. Don't need to go anywhere else. 👌✔️

New management is extremely helpful and 1000 times better than the old one. Don't think badly of this place from old reviews as they were written when the old management was in charge.
