The gentleman who runs this post office is unhelpful and rude. I visited on two occasions to try to drop off a large parcel which had been booked for pick at the post office up through a courier company. On my first visit, he demanded a printed address label despite the courier website clearly stating that written address and reference code on the parcel was fine and their label optional. I went home and asked got the person who had booked and paid for the courier to email me the optional courier address label. I printed it, stuck it on the parcel and took a copy of the label to show the gentleman who runs the post office. Now, the label wasn't enough. He wanted a label with a bar code!! He offered absolutely no help. He would not enter the reference number into his computer. He would not ring the courier company. He would note check their website to see the instructions to customers (no label necessary). He offered no help at all. He was abrupt, argumentative and determined not to help me. I said i would complain and he said 'good, do what you like'. So I've brought my very large parcel home for the 2nd time in two days and written this review. Very poor customer service in this shop/post office. If you need help or have an enquiry, I'd head to a different post office.
