Search have changed my life. I can’t praise them enough. After temping with them for 8 months, leaving for another permanent role to be told from that employer that the job was no longer there, I reluctantly went back to search. However it was the best thing I could ever of done, they constantly check in with you, managed to sort me into a temporary position which has now went full time. Denise is amazing at her job! 100% dedicated even when she is on annual leave! Sherelle has also done everything she could to get me into a permanent position with one of her clients. If you need any help they do what they can to sort it from helping with your timesheets to prepping you for an interview. Well done guys!!
Sent my CV for a post, tried to phone Jade Bothwell, tried 4 times in four days, was constantly told 'shes not at her desk, leave a name etc bla bla'. then get an email 2 days later saying im unsuccessful probably because im perfect for the role but anyhow find out through my own means what company this was for and the recruiter tells me the worst thing they ever did was use SEARCH24 and they were bombarded with irrelvant CV's and useless to contact, just like me as a candiate. Really nice person at this company looked at my CV and said 100percent we would have interviewed you, but they went their own way because search24 were so bad. Its so bad, its like the office staff are we versed to just lie and say 'there in a meeting' when really there just liars that cant be bothered. Please read all reviews and not the fake ones saying how great they are that are posted by fake names and probably there own people. Jade Bothwell either doesn't exist very likely as her linkedin profile comments are locked or is a SCAMMER, they harvest your CV and post FAKE job postings which is ILLEGAL. Will be looking for compensation for this activity.
Cant get past registration but it cracks me up that there are millions of people out there including myself who are desperate to work yet these agencies wont give us a chance. That includes bluearrow and others. I just want a full time cleaning job, I've got plenty of experience and I've done covid support.
Recruiter Lorraine Morrison contacted me through email about a Dutch Customer Service Advisor role, permanent work from home position. I sent my updated CV and then tried to call her multiple times on the office number provided as well as on her mobile number. Every time there was something: she was in a meeting and a colleague who answered the phone promised me she would call me back... or she just didn't pick up at all. Also sent several messages to her mobile number - no response from Lorraine. Finally, after 7 days, I was able to get a hold of her. The only thing she was interested in were the company names I worked for So, if you're looking for a job and wants to get started quickly: AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ALL COSTS!!! Would give 0 stars if I could!!!
I'm working for them and I'm really happy,my wage is on time. Communication is very good,very nice people and helpful. I hope I will stay with them for long time.
I had an interview with Leigh Carroll regarding the job position, she said to be in contact with me to let me know the results of the interview, never called back again, no message, nothing. Absolutely poor communication.
On the several occasions I have encountered Search Consultancy, not once have I had a beneficial, positive experience with them. Applications made to them ignored; repeatedly turned down for positions I was overqualified for and no feedback given why; misled by staff at their office about being put forward for interviews that never materialised; sent text messages about unskilled, low paid warehouse jobs. An absolute farce of an agency. Avoid.
One of the best agencies I’ve used. Find them very hassle free & very good at what they do & also very honest. They don’t give insincere sales pitches or hound you constantly which personally was something that made my experiences with them good.
No return calls or emails pretty obvious the staff are too lazy to try get people jobs probably in office watching tiktok videos together.Also they are one of the lowest paid agencies and always ask if rate they are advertising is including holiday pay as they will try make it sound more than it really is.
Very, very poor customer relations. Initial meeting was great filled me with confidence. Put forward for jobs never heard a response. Had to keep calling to find out updates. Very rude & scathing Manager whom I spoke with. Please don't waste your time!!!
