Completely useless company. Started of fine I got a placement with them but they messed with my pay a couple times. I got it sorted then my job told me they could no longer keep me on due to agency budget being cut. I called my recruiter at the agency he said he would message me jobs and not to worry as I will get a new placement I asked him to put me forward for all the jobs he sent. He then continued to ignore me when I messaged for an update. He then Told me they were focusing on other parts of Scotland I asked what I was supposed to do in the mean time as it was Christmas in a few months n I couldn’t pay bills he told me he will help me once he’s done with Edinburgh haven’t heard from him since and no longer replied to my messages or emails this was in August. Wouldn’t waste your time there unhelpful and rude

Totally useless agency applied for so many different jobs they have advertised knowing I have the required certificates and experience but never hear back from them.Maybe another agency posting fake jobs to get people on their books for potential clients.
Honestly don't go near the recruitment agency. Applyed for a production operator job. attended there interview only to be left sitting for over an hour. I had to leave I had another appointment. They admitted it was there fault. I was assured I would get another interview now they don't reply to any of my emails to make a new appointment. Avoid avoid avoid
Brightwork were very helpful and supportive in securing me a role relevant to my qualifications and experience. My agent Kimberley Ellison provided continuous support while in post, all communication was easy, all payslips easily accessible, and I was always provided with updates of any changes to policies. I would not hesitate to work with them again.
I would honestly avoid registering with this recruitment company. The recruitment consultants are not interested in representing you. Also more so they become quite impatient when you want to clarify which type of work is available. As an adult you have the right to ask questions and are allowed to express yourself!
One of the better agencies ive worked for.The Glasgow branch got me regular hours in a great local factory which has lead to a good paying,full time job in just three months.My agent,Aimee was really helpful and responded quickly when any queries arose,of which there wernt many.Thoroughly recommended.
