Wonderful dental surgery. Very knowledgeable dentists who take pride in what they do. Appointments are almost always on time and it's not difficult to get an appointment in an emergency. Staff are wonderful with my children and have made them feel safe and comfortable from their 1st visit. The surgery have continued to be extra careful since covid and is always spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.
Wow I’m so impressed with this surgery ! Really happy with my experience here Mani was so reassuring and Katie also. As the worlds most nervous patient they made me feel relaxed and comfortable and treatment was carried out so swiftly with no discomfort. I have been registered with a Dentist in Dudley for many years and was not able to get an appointment there. Got an appointment at Dovedale very quick. Friendly people, a satisfactory check up, already booked my next appointment. On another visit :- Broke half of one of my back teeth, got an appointment the next day and the tooth was repaired. Quick and friendly service, very pleased.
I rang as an emergency patient was seen within an hour of ringing. Clean professional environment, lovely staff. Dentist himself was extremely knowledgeable, listened sympathetically friendly professional. Gave a breakdown of the problem and treatment needed also gave advice on pain relief and antibiotics to tackle the issue only if needed. Would highly recommend this dental surgery. So thankful to Dovedale dental practice for sorting me an emergency appointment. I had been in such discomfort and my current dentist could not get me in for a month. After ringing several practices, they got me an appointment on the day. Put me at ease and got me sorted. Fabulous service and i hope to be transferring over.
I came to this dental practice due to a chipped tooth from a degraded old filling. I am a very nervous patient with a fear of dentists but everyone was so welcoming and friendly, I knew I was in good hands! I am now after 15 years of not going to the dentist, a registered, happy patient with a new filling and a reduced fear of dentists! I will always be nervous, but an unpleasant procedure was made bearable by such a lovely team. Thank you all and see you in six months for my check up!
Been going to this dentist since I was a young girl. Although the dentist has changed, the service is still amazing and prompt. My son had a fall and I was given lots of expert advice on things we should look out for in the future. So thank you
