****THIS DENTISTRY SHOULD BE DECOMMISSIONED & FORCED TO CLOSE DOWN.**** Stay well away from this unprofessional dentistry. I mean they have a bad leader, an obnoxious condescending (Dr Ratra) who in return employs likewise ppl. They falsely advise to draw you in and have excuses well prepared for when they botch the work they have carried out rather than help and willingly put it right. They waste your time so they can in a polite way extort money from you & treat you with a devilry manner, it’s as if they get some joy out of this. It’s a very strange place, just so unprofessional, very disappointing and horrible support staff. The one girl snarled at me and snatched my credit card out my hand demanding the payment then threw it back at me I’m sure she knows who she is….. I’ve seen a few of them do this so must be part of their training……. A little, advise for this degraded dentistry we are a nation of lovely ppl. Don’t be so spurious & pls treat us with a better manner you don’t own us, u just provide a service and a bad one in that case, your a very bad example for all dentistry’s. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL FIND OUT THE HARD WAY!!

Really impressed with Bilston Dental Practice, it's a bit out of my way but I decided to go with them because of the good reviews online. Very glad I did, Dr Patel was fantastic with me and helped keep me calm despite my nerves. He took the time to properly look at my teeth, take X-rays and explained everything in detail so I felt comfortable. They got me an initial appointment very quickly and I didn't have to wait long for a follow up appointment with a hygienist either. The practice is small but clean and easy to get to as it's a short walk from The Crescent tram stop. The Hygienist and her assistant were also really good, very professional and patient and my teeth look and feel so nice now! Can't recommend them enough, especially if you're nervous like me.

This is an amazing practice, I used to hate the dentist, to the point I had to take someone with me to make sure I want in, but over the many years I've been going there this is now different. The staff are so friendly and helpful and are brilliant at calming any nerves. Dr Ratra is an amazing dentist and even though I've moved out of the area I'll still happily make the drive to attend this surgery. My 4 year son is also registered there and is showing no fear and enjoys going to the dentist

My kids went for their initial check up. They managed to get my son, who's very shy, to cooperate and get his sister to actually enjoy the visit, which rarely happened before

As someone who suffers from Anxiety & is terrified of Dentists its alot for me to say the Staff & Dr Ratra are amazing. Friendly calming & professional. I am still very nervous but Dr Ratra is brilliant, knows how to help calm you down, straight talking which i appreciate. Tells you all the facts & options available. Totally reccommend this practise to anyone needing Dental health treatment.
