The threshold rubber seal on my front door had torn and worn away so sought a replacement online not realising the various types and sizes on offer. Being one who has asked for left hand screwdrivers as well as tartan paint before explains my expertise in the DIY field.nGot a recommendation to try Sealco in Falkirk so late at night emailed them with photos of my requirements.nGot a response next day explaining and showing me what I needed.nVisited the store and got Graeme attending to me who quickly got the seals I needed, sixth sense he could see the fear in my eyes, so demonstrated how to fit and how easy I could do it.nHe was right.nIt took me just a few minutes on his advice so happy days.nI also listened to other staff talk through others customers when I visited whom I’m sure I met before standing elsewhere for the tartan paint, through their purchases.nI can highly recommend this branch for helping me.
From ordering to getting goods took less than24 hours. Brilliant service and the piece fitted perfect. Can't praise them enough. Thanks to all involved , keep up the good work. Definitely recommend 100%.
Called and spoke to a chap called Andy Russell whom was extremely helpful and patient in sorting the correct parts for the job. Met him the next day to collect the parts and nothing was too much bother for him, a credit to the company.
Orderd a replacement flag hinge the new hinge came pre bent and unusable as the outer body is stuck on so can't even exchange spare parts to make it work.nnUp date to their credit they did get a new one out to me next working day free of charge.
One of the best businesses in Falkirk. The staff are just good at ehat they do and will always the extra mile to help
