Ordered 2 items. 1 not in store, told it would be in next day 10am-12noon. Served by Marco who had the demeanour of a funeral director. Returned following day to be informed item still hadn't arrived by Marco again. Informed I would receive text message. At 12.30 still no text I was served by Josh, most helpful, pleasant and smiling with a terrific customer service attitude. Only given 1 star as josh was the saving grace of this store.
There's a blond girl on the counter.Oh my god,she needs a lesson on Customer service and how to treat a customer..Pity , because Screwfix are a good company.So cmn Screwfix get the customer service sorted.
Very friendly staff. Clean and tidy. Good amount of stock.
Screwfix have advertised a 4 tier offer on app. Made 3 orders then it stopped. Call centre is saying that it wont activate on app anymore so you lose ALL the offers. Very poorly advertised. Think i will avoid this retail outlet. Ropeing customers in with a falsely advertised offer.
