Wow, nothing was nice on my order, scampi has goey inside and I don’t even think it has scampi in the over done batter. Chips were dry. Sausage was gritty and mushy peas were illuminating.nWill not return waste of £25
Always have from here… just got back from there.. I watched him put the kabab that I ordered, with the pitta bread int he microwave to warm up even the white tray it comes on! No salad was given for it. I wa that shocked I just had to get out there! Chips was poor! Bear in mind it was 12.30 so expect it to be fresh! Was definitely last nights food! Safe to say we won’t be back.
Waited 2 hours for 1 pizza. When it came it was cold. Rang several times chasing and kept getting fobbed off. As a good will gesture they sent a text saying I could have a free pizza next time. Rang today, because its been 2 months they're not prepared to send one out. Never was time frame mentioned on message. Will not be going there again! Shocking customer service!
Don't live in Hucknall and visiting family so don't normally eat take aways. However we ordered fish and chips, kebab and chips with salad. Came fresh and hot. It was absolutely lovely. Washed it down with a pint. Well worth ordering.
Been ordering here since June and only bad thing I had to say was chips are not great and sometimes Nan bread comes burnt. However, upon opening my chips tonight I found a metal nail, I rang the shop and told them and they said they will send some more chips. The driver turned up and couldn't care less didn't even want to take it back to shop. The fact that an incident like this didn't faze them and I received no apology baffles me. VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!
