Just had a handrail fitted on my mum's stairs by Mike and wanted to say what a great job he did ! He was very polite helpful and did a first class job.Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this kind of work doing in there home. THANKS MIKE .

Had air mattress delivered twice. First time left with a neighbour. After it deflated three times in less than 24 hours, was told replacement would be bought round. Again, left on the door step. If I was able to get out of bed, I wouldn't need an air mattress! How are people on their own, expected to inflate & fit these mattresses? Still haven't got the mattress on the bed, it's still in the box! Left two separate feedback forms but no response from Millbrook.

Wonderful service, we have an action 4 NG wheelchair for our daughter, with headrest Harry, Dave and Luke were fabulous. Many thanks.

Lovely friendly people and always willing to help

They are very helpful have everything you need if you are disabled

Impossible to get equipment collected that is no longer required, most unhelpful bordering on rude.
