First time I received excellent service. This time called in morning spoke to a lady who told me person I needed was busy but he would call me back No call Because of great service last time I gave them another chance and called back next day Told her they didn't call back as promised Gentleman was in a meeting but he would call me back. No call received. I think that's poor.
Very helpful and friendly for car and caravan insurance. Competitively priced too!
