Awful service by these guys - very friendly until you give them their deposit - after that will use every excuse they can think of to delay the measuring / fitting past what they initially advised - a few examples - van broke down, courier didn't turn up, sickness, email went into their spam box. You wont get any updates on delays until you chase them up. The last blind with actually refunded as they forgot to put the order in with their manufacturer / manufacturer missed it out (they do not have an answer). Their fitters turn up late - give rude answers when asked how long the job will take. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as the blinds are actually really good (the ones they did manage to fit ).I will not be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Awful awful the costume service is really bad,delay for delivery delay to come to measure really poor service

great people to deal with, their after sales service is first class as is their attitude to detail with their customers. Would highly recommend them. We have had the windows in our entire home dressed by them with various blinds etc. Their choice is terrific.
