Ray is incredible! And literally saved our Christmas! On Christmas Eve our heater went out temps were freezing. We called the HVAC company we have a maintenance contract with and they did not have availability for at least 5 days. We called John Davis and spoke to Ray. Ray did not have available appointments but in between his jobs he took time to walk us through troubleshooting, reading the error codes, and the repair. His guidance was perfect and we got the heater working while on the phone with him. Ray, our family can’t thank you enough. You are a hero especially with 6 and 2 year olds running around the house while it was freezing outside. Have an amazing 2023. Thank you sir!!
