Unimpressed, don't get me wrong nice sofa's and we had actually gone in to purchase one.... What I wasn't impressed with was the salesman's "sales bull"!! We said we wanted to buy a specific sofa and asked about delivery charge, gave him our post code and he came back with a cost of £90!! Guess what we said No, and started to leave the store.... As we turned to leave he immediately said I can do it for £45!! Please don't insult customers by giving a ludicrous charge and immediately reduce it by 50%...... Just give us the price your going to charge..... BUT additionally folks bear in mind SCS actually charges £59 to deliver to our postcode when you go on line! So why did he come back and say £90!!?? did he think I will suck these people in? I have no idea... I feel people should and need to BE AWARE, I personally consider this to be unprofessional and treating customers as if their stupid. Result NO Sale!

we had a very good reception at the stirling store, where we purchased a corner suite and wooden flooring for our loungs. the staff were very information and very polite and did everything that made you calm and feel at home. would recommend them to anyone . Thankyou to all the staff.x

I went into SCS after passing by and seeing the sale signs, I had been in previously and not seen a suite I liked but had a style in mind and thought I'd look again, when I walked in I looked around for a bit before Michael said hello and I asked him if they had anything similar to my picture, he showed me a gorgeous suite which was also in the sale, Absolutely nothing was an issue I spent a good 40minutes deciding, making calls. Michael gave me the time and space needed to decide. He went above and beyond measuring the space of my room in the store and making me a coffee. I didn't feel pressured at all and even returned to the store that evening to show my family. When I mentioned a quote I received for flooring he also took the time to give me a quote which was considerably cheaper and again gave me lots of options and recommendations. That evening I left with a 3&4 seater, flooring and carpeting for my whole house. A fantastic experience being able to have my flooring arranged and sofa hassle free, no stress or pressure. Michael was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Top customer service.
