We were treated with the utmost respect at all times and Wayne was very helpful in showing us various settees during our visit. Having decided on what we wanted it was then a simple job with Wayne making the transition run smoothly. Excellent service all round. Don.
We visited the Stockport store in June, Lance was so helpful. He showed us all the benefits of the La-Z-Boy range and explained our options. He was also happy to change the colour of our order when we went back the next day.
Absolutely disgusting company, I bought a snuggle chair 18 months ago and after 10 months the leather on the back of the chair went a funny colour, they replaced it with some obviously inferior leather at 10 months later it has done the same thing, I am now left with it looking a mess as they say it is my husband's hairs fault!!! I will never use this company again. Just a quick update for SCS: you nearly had a new customer today but luckily I explained how appalling your sofas and customer service is and saved her. When I get onto the subject of sofas with anyone, I always tell them my terrible experience I had with SCS, probably lost you loads of business.

After much soul searching we decided to splash out on a new carpet, and opted to buy from SCS. We called at there Stockport branch and after browsing we narrowed our options, while talking with there assistant Sharon, who was very helpful, pleasant, and not at all pushy, we made our selection and with my measurements she gave a quote I was more than happy with. A couple of days later I called back instore and spoke with Christine, equally as nice and helpful, and arranged for a surveyor to come out, must give Matt a mention, all were exemplary in there knowledge, and very friendly and easy to talk with. Must state that all this is dependant on when and how the fitting goes, but as of now would highly recommend the service I've received from Sharon/Chritine and Matt, 1st class.
Great customer service. No pressurised sales talk. Left to spend as much time as we liked looking at the products. Lots of sound knowledge and advice.

It's very rare that you can walk away from store and can't wait to come back just to see the salesman that you spoke with Wayne was absolutely phenomenal and couldn't do enough for us. I hate the feeling of walking in to a shop and immediately feel the sales people start to circle you like vultures. I know it's their job but it actually puts me off being in there. I had such a better experience in SCS. Instead of being surround instantly, they waited for us to approach them to ask for assistance. It just allowed us the time to talk about things together first without having a salesperson relentlessly bombard us with pitches and deals. After we had had a good look around at everything we then approached Wayne for more information. What can I say about Wayne. He if professional, polite, genuine, funny but above all honest. All of our questions had a genuine honest answer which I feel is really hard to come by in stores these days. Wayne looked after us like we were his own family and, looking around, his colleagues had a similar ethos as well. We had a fantastic experience here and will be back again in the future.
