Purchased 6pc towel bale months ago. Worst towels I’ve ever used!!! Shedding cotton on every use. I’m covered in cotton fluff every time I use them. Bits of towel cotton shed in washing machine every time washed. Really really poor quality!!! Spoke to a lady who works for curtains who was rude. Simon the manager was nice & said bring in proof of purchase he’d sort something. However for £20+ I paid for them. I’m not about to go trawling through months of bank statements to find proof. This only prolongs the anxiety the Dunelm product has brought into my life. Not to mention the time spent cleaning off shedding cotton from myself, washing machine & carpet. Only advice is avoid Dunelm brand 6pc towel bale at all cost! Terrible product. Lady in curtains has no manners. Simon was polite.
Awful service. My mum Spent lots of money buying furniture of Dunelm, they suggested we used a good company called ‘Airtasker’ to build the furniture which the guy breaks the wardrobe and damages the wall. The Manager at the store told my mum Dunelm would send her a new wardrobe and fix the damage but then my mum gets an email this afternoon with them backtracking everything, saying they will not help at all, it’s not their responsibility even though she’s a loyal customer and they told her airtasker was great to use
Plenty of free parking, which is The shop always seems to have sales on so you can grab a cheeky bargain I managed to get a £90 microwave for £45 We did click and collect, so there was no having to wander around the shop
I think some products are too costly and some products are reasonable. You need to see around for your stuff and compare with other. What I want is halogen heater and it is reasonable. You must see online before visiting. They have everything online.
Lovely service, did a click and collect late night and got my notification to say it was ready before opening at 9am the next day!
5 Service Guys My wife and I visited Dunelm yesterday.. We were looking for new net-curtains and bedding. We were lucky enough to find Frankie in the Curtain Department.. Frankie is a 5 person. Thank you so much Frankie for ALL your help and advice. You are a Credit to Dunelm in Stockport. Then, we went looking for bedding. Emen came over to ask if we needed any help. Yes please.. Emen is a Customer Assistant, who works in the Bedding Department. In my opinion, Emen is also a 5 person, and a Credit to Dunelm. Both Team Members are Caring, Knowledgeable and Professional. Well Done Guys

This is quite a decent store usual Dunelm fair. Fairly large car park side with a 2 and 1/2 hour limit free parking
