The team at Screwfix are amazing. If i could give 10 stars i would. The help and product knowledge is top-notch. Just when I'm feeling down on a rainy day, i walk into the store and get greeted with a smile and a power ranger. I couldn't stop smiling. When i looked at the checkouts i saw all my favourites Batman & robin. Wonder woman can forget mr incredible.n10 stars keep it up.nThis is why i come back to Screwfix every time. Thanks

Even though I didn't enter the store the staff manning the outside help point were the best. They brought a catalogue out to me, found technical information for me on the product I was searching for and were pleasant and cheerful,  despite the rain. They even had to ask a plonker in a white Mercedes van, reg No KX65 LWP to move his van from the 45° position he had parked across both disabled parking spaces. As it happened,  the power tools I wanted are on 2 -3 day order so I came  away empty handed but with a very good impression of Screwfix customer service.

Click and collect generally works well but on this occasion as I have a common surname someone else's order was produced. Then part of my order and after a search the balance of the order. Everything fine in the end but took more time than expected.

I'd like to thank the chap at this site for pointing out a rookie error with my plumbing order. Not only did he save me much frustration with the erroneous drainage pipe ordering, also saved me money too. Also, as a bonus he was a very charismatic fella with the gift of good banter. Throughly pleased with the shopping experience. The lady that I first dealt with was also very pleasant, polite and very helpful too. Great work at the Knights Way Shrewsbury branch. I look forward to shopping there again when I've realised I don't know what I'm doing with the bathroom and need more parts. Thank you all!
