Prompt and helpful. You need to know what you are going for. So use the excellent click and collect service. They will have it ready in minutes.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the desk, also let me bring in my staffy as it was raining out and I don't drive so was really nice of them to do that  dogs are allowed in store anyway but I was not aware so was a lovely experience today.

They never have the stock I need available on same day, I know they cannot hold every item in stock but it's always the most commonly used items they don't have?

Brilliant, I ordered to witney  by mistake instead of Faringdon. They sorted it easily. As I didn't need to drive for a hour in order to finish the job, I was able to get home in time for dinner cooked by Ava.

Very quick turn around for click and collect - I was stood in store and ordered on my phone as the prices online were cheaper. I didn't have to wait more than a minute.

I use Screwfix all the time and at several locations. The staff at Faringdon offer excellent service and it’s an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Everyone is very friendly and helpfull. Thank you.

Great trade shop always a 1/3 of the price of other leading diy stores. Staff have a sense of humour.
