Bad experience on Saturday as I didn’t know that you have to book first before visiting the store. I was told they’re saving the farmers who have booked so they couldn’t save me. The lady who was busy attending to her customers left them and made sure that I was out of the shop. As I wait to ask the lady at the till that lady followed me again and told me to go as they were not even able to answer any questions. She made me feel unworthy forgetting that I am also a customer even if they were that busy. I have been in the shop before and had some wonderful experience. I wish there was another shop nearby.
Says its open on the Internet. Went there to get a couple of ties only to find it all locked up in darkness.nnSurely you don't have to book an appointment, do you??
Haven’t even visited the store yet, for the simple fact I was told to book an appointment, which I have done, just to find out the store is closed on weekends! 4 hours before we’re supposed to come! What a confusing system and some ridiculous joke!
I went into the shop to see about uniform for my son, he's autistic and hates going to shops I explained this to the lady in the shop Kim and she assured me that they are very familiar with special needs and if I needed to bring him in then they would be more than happy to take time making him feel comfortable. She told me her name was Kim and her colleague was Sophie so I spoke to my son told him about the lovely ladies in the shop and he was happy to go along, when we got there Kim was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming and she was brilliant with my son! What could have been a really traumatic experience ended up being a breeze, I can't praise the ladies in there enough you were amazing thank you.
Drove 35 miles to be greeted by a locked door and an employee talking to me behind a half closed door, advising that they only do appointments. There was literally 1 other customer in the place and even though i explained that i just drove for 40 mins to get there and only wanted a skort and jumper, there was no sympathy. Probably easier to get a suit at Saville Row... Not everyone checks websites before going to a clothes shop to check if they need an appointment!! Get over yourselves and get some employees that can really provide customer service and don't treat the place like they are guarding the royal jewels!! you are selling overpriced clothes that we would buy from somewhere else if this wasn't a monopoly!!! i will be certain to transfer my experience to the school and hope they start looking at alternative providers!!
