Used Screwfix plenty of times lately for various items. Last time I went in the computer systems were down and everyone was working really hard to manually input and check stock levels without their database. The only reason I've done 4/5 is because of the pricing. Although the prices are not astronomical many of the items can be found cheaper locally. If this review was solely based on staff it would be a 5/5.

Close to Lymington. Easy to park and no charge. Good for disabled. Check it up online and pick up in-store but selection is good onsite. Worth it price wise too.

Nice centre near the Lymington hospital it was well organised and all covid guidelines were in place and the staff were very helpful and friendly good customer service
Still open for click an collect during the covid19 time we live in. Screwfix operating with every precautions needed to keep staff and customer safe.
Purchased an Erbauer 18v combo drill from Christchurch branch, great piece of kit. used it for servarial months. Charger unit for some reason packed up, reported it the central office as it was the only number I could find on a Sunday. They told me to take it to the Lymington branch as it was the closest to me which was open. On arrival staff were great no problems changed the whole package. Back home in no time job done . Thanks Screwfix
