Had just what I needed nearby without having to travel although it was £5 more expensive than anywhere else. 2 staff both too busy to serve. lady was rude when she finally got round to it. Rare I leave a bad review but there wasn’t anything good about the visit apart from they had exactly what I needed. I wouldn’t return unless absolutely necessary

Outstanding customer service - I had a problem with colour matching and manager Nick went the extra mile and quickly resolved the issue. Well done Brewers - I'll be back!!

Full of products but the pricing is too high. As a tradesmen I have asked for prices on many occasions but to no avail. Lack of communication and are falling behind other merchants

Brewers are a good company but no where near the cheapest. Always always shop around first before you buy unless it's just about convenience and you are happy paying for that.

Staff rude . Not helpful.  Put me through the Mill for A £6.00. Refund . Made it difficult.  Asking for ID. AND signature.  Then another signature because they was un sure it was correct .. puff  puff
