Bad attitude staff tonight at screwfix Ince, been going since the day it has opened, and always had great staff never again time to move on to another company
Used this branch since it opened, friendly staff. 95% of the time have what I want or suggest a different product to complete a task that I never knew existed and cheaper sometimes. My first port of call before any large chain DIY stores, ScrewFix good value for money even though it can be cheaper than its parent company ? Selling the same items and brand. Cheers
Brilliant place shop part a bit small but I mostly click and collect. Wish there was more stuff on display inside. Sometime online shopping doesn't have the effect of holding the goods in your hand and making a decision on what you see and feel. Apart from that staff are very helpful and have never got any of my orders wrong . Rating it 4 stars because of the display and shop size.
Awful! After the store being closed in rovin Park with no warning,I had to go to Ince for some flexi conduit. I've has issues with my card so couldn't make a payment however I had 7 pounds in credit. The store wouldn't credit me the remaining 80p for me to compete My job! The store manager was rude zero help and jusr an all round difficult person. Horrible store!
Poor , I go to loads of screwfix every day , no one in store and kept being told to go and wait in car . I ordered from another screwfix as they had no stock on a lot of the items I needed after this order the text came through quicker than this order and with no one in this store . Then asked for photo Id. I use screw fix at least 20 times a week not once have I been asked for Id seen as I had given them the order number sent on text what’s the point , in my option poor customer service .
It's a fairly new Screwfix, but they have their act together. Visited twice during lockdown to collect an order placed online late at night. Both times the order was ready for collection 1st thing, no problems.
I like it because it's good quality products and tools and the price is ok. Choice is great too!!! Catalogue is not as well organized as the other big ones Toolstations!!!
Excellent service and staff. Very helpful as needed help on flexi pipe connector and they found straight away for me. Can't fault.
