Trawl the used ads no more - these guys should be your first port of call. Superb service from a friendly and professional team. I've now had several spare bits sent to me and I couldn't be happier. The prices are very competitive - including postage. The delivery times are excellent. Whilst I don't hope to need any more parts - I'll be sure to call them if I do.Service: Part finding & extracting
At first I was very pleased with service. I ordered car radio one day and the correct radio arrived the next day. Unfortunately the radio did not work so had to return. I packaged up in original box, put original invoice in box and sent by UPS. Man on phone denied there was an invoice in box After numerous phone calls asking for refund it finally arrived back in bank account 10 days later minus £8. I presume this was their delivery charge. My lesson learnt from this is, do not order parts from a scrapyard far away as if there is a problem then it is very difficult to sort out from a distance
No refund given despite the part being faulty. I wasn’t offered a refund because I couldn’t find the slip of paper the ABS pump came with. Apparently them posting the part to us and having the original quote and proof of payment isn’t enough to be refunded for a faulty part. I even returned the part to them as they said I needed too, but it made no difference. I’ve reported them to trading standards. We will never deal with them again.
So after trawling the internet nationwide I drew a blank on finding a replacement bonnet for my daughters Mini Cooper D. However, ACR contacted me after using a parts finder search engine and verified by photograph and subsequent phone call they had the correct part in the required colour in stock available at a very, very competitive price. The bonnet was reserved for almost two weeks until I made the journey to collect and coincide with a trip to Turf Moor to watch Super Burnley, UTC! When I arrived the process was very friendly and stress free. We agreed to swap the damaged bonnet for the replacement beforehand that took around 10 minutes. Absolute perfect customer service that I can recommend without any doubt to anyone seeking second hand parts for their vehicles. Well done guys, you’ll be the first place I call the very next time I need anything!!!
I recently purchased 2 headlights for my Citroen c5. This is definitely one of the best car dismantlers I have ever dealt with . The units arrived very fast and were incredibly well packaged . I am really happy with the service provided and will use again without hesitation .

Told me they check part number to make sure part was correct t . Received a call confirming the part number matched. Drove over 1.5 hours to get there only to be given the wrong part . Didn’t even check the part number so wasted almost a full day all because ppl cannot be arsed to check part numbers correctlyService: Part finding & extracting
