Had to call out for an engineer for my spindle. Really happy with engineer Dil. Had it fixed within the hour. I gave 4 stars only because they missed the appointed day by 3 days, but other than that great communication and service. Would definitely recommend!
My husband recently acquired a INTEC CNC. While he is experienced with his old ISEL and the vcarve software, this was a new beast to master. We made a number of phone calls and emails to the most delightful and helpful Adam.S.nHe literally talked us through post processor queries, and operation of the machine, through set up to helpful re-running of tool paths.nNow we aren't the slowest of learners, but our unending list of questions and queries did not put Adam.S off at all. He answered promptly and clearly.nWe now have the ITECH doing exactly what we want with excellent accuracy, all thanks to the very knowledgeable and patient Adam S.nThank you Adam for your help, oh and you were right the smart calibration touch pad is a real game changer
I am happy to give a positive review on behalf of Balham Box Frames to Scott and Sargent. We recently bought a planer. Their engineer, Dio, did an exceptional job of rewiring the three-phase planer to a single phase, which was necessary for our business. Dio was polite and professional throughout the process, working efficiently in a tight space without any issues. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Dio via Scott and Sargent and would highly recommend them to others in need of woodworking machinery
Very happy. There electrical engineer Deo came out to see us to did and excellent job fixing two of our crital machine. Both very different in nature. I'm exceedingly Greatful to him. Very prompt quick good service.
